**Purpose**

1.1. Automate creation and distribution of weekly/monthly internal newsletters to hamburger restaurant staff for updates, schedules, promotions, training, and key announcements.
1.2. Ensures routine, error-free, and timely automating of staff communications across shifts, locations, and employment levels (management, kitchen, servers, cleaners).
