Automated resource/equipment allocation and tracking

Purpose

1.1. Ensure efficient allocation and reservation of adventure equipment (helmets, harnesses, kayaks, bikes, etc.) and resources (guides, instructors, vehicles) based on availability, activity schedule, and staff shift planning.
1.2. Provide real-time tracking for resource status, prevent double-booking, maximize resource utilization, and maintain compliance with safety and maintenance protocols.
1.3. Enable automated notifications for resource handover, preventive maintenance, or replenishment and automatically feed booking data to resource management systems for accurate forecasting and utilization analytics.
1.4. Support mobile managers and staff by providing instant access to resource schedules and live tracking updates.
1.5. Synchronize cross-channel bookings (web, walk-ins, partner apps) to a centralized allocation system.
