Automated supply order requests based on inventory

Purpose

1. Ensure continuous operation of alcoholism treatment programs by systematically monitoring inventory of medications, single-use items (test kits, needles, PPE), and general supplies, automatically generating supply order requests before depletion to prevent shortages impacting patient care or compliance.


Trigger Conditions

1. Inventory item falls below a set threshold.

2. Scheduled inventory evaluation (daily/weekly/monthly).

3. Receipt of staff input or automated sensor reporting low supply levels.

4. Periodic forecast detects increased usage based on intake or special events.

5. Supplier delivery delay or exception alerts received.
