Purpose

1.1. Automate end-to-end holiday and time-off request handling for behavioral health staff, integrating scheduling, approval, compliance, real-time notification, and reporting across HR, clinical, and regulatory tools.
1.2. Enforce policy adherence, minimize manual bottlenecks, track leave quotas, prevent staff shortages, streamline approvals, and sync with resource management for continuity of addiction recovery care.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Staff submits a leave/holiday request via web form, intranet, email, chat, or mobile app.
2.2. Auto-trigger on new PTO request in HRIS.
2.3. Backup workflow triggered by off-shift/on-call rota conflict.
