Pre-course reminder notifications via email or SMS

Purpose

1.1. Notify enrolled students about upcoming courses to maximize attendance, minimize no-shows, and provide clear next steps.
1.2. Deliver timely reminders via preferred communication channels (email or SMS) based on student preference and course schedule.
1.3. Reiterate course details, location, materials needed, and offer contact support for queries or rescheduling.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Student enrollment confirmed and course start date/time set.
2.2. Predefined intervals before course start (e.g., 48h, 24h, 2h) reached.
2.3. Student contact information (email/SMS) is available and communication preferences are recorded.
