Reminder for incomplete applications

Purpose

 1.1. Automate the process of following up with students who have started but not completed their enrollment applications, improving conversion rates for language school onboarding.

Trigger Conditions

 2.1. Application form marked as “incomplete” in the CRM or admissions portal.
 2.2. No activity or changes recorded after a defined period (e.g., 24 hours).
 2.3. Triggered by an automator whenever a new application draft is created and remains in draft status beyond the set time.
