Purpose

2. Ensure timely and consistent communication for holidays, new class openings, mentor assignments, or student re-grouping, supporting both onboarding and ongoing student management.
3. Reduce manual notification effort for staff, streamline the onboarding process, minimize miscommunication, and guarantee all stakeholders receive necessary updates promptly.

Trigger Conditions

1. New student added to a group or class.
2. Change in student’s assigned group or class schedule.
3. Announcement of new groups or special sessions.
4. Instructor or venue reassignment.
5. Onboarding milestones reached (e.g., forms completed, trial class confirmed).
