Student record updates and archiving

Purpose

2. Automates removal or archival of graduated/inactive student records, backup of active data, integration with local/national education authorities, and notification of record status changes to relevant stakeholders.

Trigger Conditions

2. Manual trigger: Staff-initiated update/archive in student management system.
