Track and update incoming shipment statuses

Purpose

1.1. Automatically monitor and update statuses of all incoming ingredient and supply shipments to ensure real-time inventory visibility, minimize stockouts, and optimize coordination between suppliers, kitchen, and purchasing staff for a Japanese restaurant.
1.2. Integrates shipment data from vendors/logistics providers, sends notifications on delays or arrivals, updates ERP/Inventory software, and triggers alerts or action steps for critical supplies.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. New shipment record or status change detected in supplier portal/API.
2.2. Tracking number updated in logistics provider’s system (e.g., label created, en-route, delivered).
