Supplier performance metric tracking and alerts

Purpose

1.1. Continuously monitor supplier KPIs (on-time delivery, defect rates, price changes) for Acrylic Supplies retail, alerting relevant teams of deviations from SLA-defined thresholds.
1.2. Capture exceptions and trend shifts, enabling data-driven negotiations, compliance checks, and prompt action to mitigate supply disruption risks.
1.3. Aggregate supplier performance data for monthly or real-time reporting, benchmarking, and improvement plans across the procurement function.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. New supplier shipment logged or PO closed in ERP/procurement system.
2.2. Supplier invoice processed or payment issued.
2.3. External data update in quality assurance (e.g., failed inspection, returns).
2.4. Scheduled interval (e.g., daily, weekly) for performance summary pulls.
2.5. Business rules met (e.g., defective products >3%, late shipments >2 events/mo).
