Real-time supplier performance tracking

**Purpose**

1.1. Enable ongoing, automated monitoring of each supplier’s key performance indicators (KPIs) (e.g., delivery timeliness, order accuracy, quality compliance, cost fluctuation, contract adherence) for agricultural product wholesalers.
1.2. Provide real-time alerts on deviations from procurement standards or agreed-upon SLAs, giving stakeholders up-to-date insights and reducing manual oversight cycles.
1.3. Aggregate and present supplier data from diverse channels (ERP, emails, APIs, logistics platforms) into actionable dashboards for procurement and quality control teams.
1.4. Support continuous supplier evaluation, benchmarking, and facilitate fast corrective actions or escalation procedures when performance degrades.

**Trigger Conditions**

2.1. Reception of new supplier data via API, email, SFTP, or direct input.
2.2. Scheduled polling of ERP or warehouse databases for updated delivery or inspection records.
2.3. Exception events — missed deliveries, quantity/quality mismatches, price increase flags, late shipment updates, or triggered threshold rules in reports.
2.4. Administrative review actions (e.g., new supplier onboarding or correction submission).
2.5. Third-party system webhook for external quality audits or compliance alerts.
