Purpose

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Stock levels fall below predefined reorder thresholds based on SKU, warehouse, or location.
2.2. Predicted depletion rate reaches a critical level based on sales velocity or consumption patterns.
2.3. Time-based periodic checks for inventory count mismatches.
2.4. Exception cases flagged by IoT sensors or point-of-sale discrepancies.
