Tracking and tracing of batch production

Purpose

1.1. Enable real-time, end-to-end tracking and tracing of all batches in alcohol production, from raw materials intake through manufacturing, packaging, storage, and distribution.
1.2. Fulfill regulatory requirements, ensure transparency, accelerate recalls, prevent counterfeiting, minimize losses, and optimize inventory.
1.3. Integrate multiple data sources—production machines, ERP, IoT sensors, logistics, and distributor records—to automate compliance and generate batch-level audit trails.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. New raw material intake or batch creation registered in ERP or inventory system.
2.2. Entry of batch into new production phase (fermentation, distillation, blending, bottling).
2.3. Movement or storage update (e.g., batch placed into warehouse or distributed).
2.4. Regulatory event or quality-control checkpoint reached.
2.5. Manual trigger for investigation or recall event.
