Purpose

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Inventory for a specific SKU drops to or below the predefined reorder threshold.
2.2. Periodic inventory check scheduled or triggered by sales transactions, warehouse updates, or stock reconciliation.
2.3. Exception conditions: sudden spikes in demand, supplier delays, or delivery disruptions.
