Integration with third-party logistics providers

Purpose

1 Enable seamless, real-time integration of order management, inventory tracking, and shipment information between beverage wholesalers and various third-party logistics (3PL) providers.

2 Automate the exchange of delivery requests, confirmations, tracking numbers, POD (Proof of Delivery), and exception reporting to optimize supply chain performance, improve visibility, and minimize manual bottlenecks.

3 Centralize dispatch, update customers, and synchronize inbound and outbound logistics data for accurate and timely distribution of carbonated drinks.

Trigger Conditions

1 New purchase order created in ERP or e-commerce platform.

2 Inventory falls below a preset threshold, triggering a replenishment request.

3 Shipment created, updated, or delivered by 3PL provider.

4 Exception or delay notification received from logistics provider API.

5 Scheduled batch synchronization (e.g., hourly, daily) for shipment and inventory status.
