Automated generation and dispatch of payment reminders

Purpose

1.1 Enable automatic creation and sending of timely payment reminders to taxpayers and entities, reducing manual intervention, minimizing late payments, and ensuring regulatory compliance for the Revenue Service (Italy).
1.2 Improves accuracy, traceability, and operational efficiency for tax collection efforts, ensuring that reminders reach the taxpayer via their preferred channel (SMS, email, certified email, WhatsApp, etc.).
1.3 Provides audit logs, automates escalation for overdue cases, and allows personalized messages tied to unique taxpayer identifiers and deadlines.

2.1 Scheduled detection of unpaid tax obligations within a configurable time after the due date.
2.2 Automatic response to failed payment entries from payment gateway APIs.
