Automated background and credit check initiation

Purpose

 1.1. Automate initial background and credit check requests when a rental application is submitted.

Trigger Conditions

 2.1. Applicant completes online rental or tenant application form.
 2.2. New potential tenant record is created or moves to “screening” status in CRM/property management software.
 2.3. Signed consent for background/credit check is uploaded or verified.
 2.4. Payment or application fee is received (where required for checks).
