Ticket cancellation and refund processing

Purpose

2.1. Automated email with subject including "Cancel" or processed through online self-service portal.
2.2. API webhook event such as "order.cancelled" or "ticket.cancellation.requested".
2.3. Change of ticket status in POS system to "Cancelled".
2.4. Automated submission of refund form or chatbot intent recognition triggers cancellation.
2.5. Automated scheduled script checks for unserved tickets past event date for processing refunds.
