Group itinerary coordination and notification

Purpose

1.1. Automatically coordinate group travel itineraries, send real-time updates and critical notifications to all group members, centralize changes, and minimize manual communication by syncing with ticketing, airline, and communication platforms.
1.2. Ensure all travelers in a group receive synchronized schedules, gate and flight change alerts, reminders, documents, and relevant travel advisories.
