Integration with access control systems

Purpose

1. Automate integration between reservation management and access control systems for country club facilities, ensuring only authorized members/guests gain entry based on reservations, time slots, or membership status.

2. Automates the synchronization of reservation and member data with doors, gates, lockers, and amenity access points.

3. Centralizes and automates logging, permission assignment, entry/exit tracking, and guest access for facility security and auditing.

4. Enables automated handling of one-time access codes, RFID/Bluetooth credentials, and instant revocation when reservations are cancelled or memberships lapse.


Trigger Conditions

1. New reservation created, updated, or cancelled in the club’s system.

2. Change in membership status, privileges, or profile information.

3. Scheduled time window for booked facility access begins or ends.

4. Guest access requested, issued, or revoked.

5. Manual override or emergency lock/unlock triggered by staff.
