Financial report generation and distribution

Purpose

1. Automate financial report generation and distribution for country park management, covering revenues, expenses, grants, donations, payroll, budgets, and monthly/annual accounting summaries.

2. Ensure reports meet compliance, transparency, and stakeholder briefing requirements, integrating park operations data from ticketing, reservations, concessions, and facility rentals.

3. Automate data gathering, formatting, report assembly, stakeholder-specific customization, and multi-channel distribution to finance teams, management, board, or municipal bodies.

4. Enable scheduled and event-driven automations, batch processing, and error reduction for efficient public park financial oversight.

Trigger Conditions

1. Schedule-based triggers for end-of-month, quarterly, annual, or custom frequency reporting.

2. Data arrival triggers from accounting software or ERP integrations (e.g., new ledger entries).

3. Manual initiation via dashboard or mobile app for ad hoc reporting needs.

4. Automated trigger based on threshold events (e.g., abnormal spending detected).

5. File upload to cloud storage (e.g., new CSV from ticketing system) triggers automation of report update.
