Sibling/Family discount calculations and application

Purpose

1. Automate real-time sibling/family discount calculations applied to student billing for cramming schools.

2. Automator scans student records, detects family relations, automates multi-enrollment scenarios, and applies automated tiered discounts (e.g., % off for 2nd/3rd child) at the invoice stage.
