Automated waste management and tracking

Purpose

1 Automate the tracking, recording, processing, and compliance reporting of all waste outputs from distillery operations, covering byproducts, effluent, solids, and packaging residues.

2 Centralize real-time data collection from production lines, storage containers, and environmental sensors, eliminating manual logs.

3 Automate waste categorization (organic, hazardous, recyclable) and direct data-driven action steps to reduce, reuse, recycle, or dispose of waste.

4 Automatedly generate compliance forms and notify relevant stakeholders for action or review.

5 Automate performance analytics for sustainability, regulatory, and cost objectives.

Trigger Conditions

1 Automated sensor alerts for waste bin or tank fill levels exceeding preset thresholds.

2 Scheduled batch completions in distillation triggering waste output analysis.

3 Manual operator input via mobile or dashboard form submission.

4 System API webhook from ERP or MES signaling material/waste movement or production milestone.

5 Automated receipt of external collection manifest or transporter event.
