Survey follow-ups to class participants

Purpose

1. Automate the process of sending survey follow-ups to participants after attending dive classes, gathering feedback to improve instruction and customer satisfaction, automating data collection, reducing manual workloads, and identifying trends to enhance future offerings in the context of dive shop rentals, classes, and booking management.


Trigger Conditions

1. Participant completes a dive class and their attendance is marked in the system.

2. Predefined period (e.g., 1 hour, 1 day) after class completion.

3. Triggered by booking management status change (e.g., from “In Progress” to “Completed”).

4. Automatedly based on CRM or POS system event.

5. Opt-in from participant for post-class communications.
