Incident reporting and assignment routing

Purpose

1. Automate incident reporting for ecological park operations, ensuring immediate notification, routing, and documentation to minimize risks, comply with ecological regulations, and expedite staff or volunteer deployment.

2. Centralize collection of incident data, automate assignment routing to available staff/volunteers, and systematically escalate unresolved or critical alerts.

3. Enable automated record-keeping for compliance, insurance, and ecological impact analysis by tracking incident trends and response times.

Trigger Conditions

1. Automatedly triggered by submission of digital forms, SMS keywords, email alerts, radio call logs, or IoT device events (e.g., wildlife intrusion, fire alarms).

2. Automation can activate when incidents meet specific criteria (e.g., severity, location, category) or if escalations/timelines lapse without response.

3. Incident automator executes based on time triggers for status updates or audits.
