Automatic compliance documentation generation

Purpose

1. Automate systematic generation, storage, and updating of compliance documentation for water filtration plant operations in alignment with regulatory, safety, quality, and audit requirements.

2. Ensure every maintenance activity, operational change, and incident is auto-captured, documented, templated, versioned, and accessible for inspectors, managers, and auditors.

3. Automate collation of sensor logs, maintenance checklists, calibration records, and process adjustments into structured compliance-ready PDFs/JSON/CSV, minimizing manual errors and delays in water utility governance.

Trigger Conditions

1. Scheduled intervals (daily, weekly, monthly) for documentation updates.

2. Real-time sensor data thresholds crossed (e.g., turbidity, pH, pressure variances).

3. Completion of maintenance work orders or asset inspections.

4. Manual trigger by authorized personnel via web or mobile portal.

5. Regulatory change events, auto-imported from government/authority RSS feeds or APIs.
