Bulk PO update and status tracking

Purpose

1.1. Automate bulk Purchase Order (PO) updates and real-time status tracking across supplier systems and internal databases for the Flag store in the Retail, Gifts & Novelties, Flags segment.
1.2. Automates supplier notifications, fulfillment milestones, shipment alerts, receipt confirmations, and analytics reporting for multi-stage PO lifecycles to reduce manual data entry and human error.
1.3. Enables automated cross-channel syncing of PO data, status changes, and exception flags between ERP, inventory, sales, and communication channels.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Automatedly triggered by new PO bulk upload, PO status change, supplier portal update, warehouse receipt confirmation, API webhook, timed interval, or manual override by procurement staff.
2.2. Triggering automator receives purchase order dataset (CSV, XLSX, API payload), or specific PO status/event notification.
