Post-service survey distribution

Purpose

Trigger Conditions

1. Service completion event logged in gasfitting job management or CRM system.

2. Invoice marked as paid or job status changed to “done.”

3. Field technician submits job report or closes service ticket.

4. Automated time delay (e.g., 1–2 hours after service complete).

5. Customer record updated with mobile/email address.
