Purpose

1.1. Automates sending appointment reminders via SMS, email, and voice calls to reduce no-shows, enhance patient engagement, and improve operational efficiency for internist clinics.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Automated trigger upon new appointment creation, rescheduling, or upcoming scheduled date/time.
2.2. Automation starts when appointment status is “upcoming,” “confirmed,” or when custom patient reminder flags are set.
2.3. Automatedly runs batch reminders at the beginning of each day or at custom-defined intervals.
