Trigger Conditions

2.1. Scheduled maintenance due date approaches (e.g., 1,000 km or 30 days before service).
2.2. Last service date/time exceeds manufacturer’s or dealership-recommended interval.
2.3. Receipt of telematics data sent by car’s onboard system indicating maintenance needed soon.
2.4. Customer scheduling, update, or cancellation events in Dealer Management System.
2.5. Manual staff input or batch upload via regular import of new sales or service records.
