Trigger Conditions

2.1. New attendee registration submitted in the event platform.
2.2. Payment confirmation or RSVP response received.
2.3. Organizer initiates batch dispatch for a session, group, or event segment.
2.4. Manual trigger by organizer for re-send or reminders.
2.5. Specified time or date threshold before the event (e.g., 48 hours pre-meeting).
