Trigger Conditions

2.1. Order status becomes "Delivered" or "Completed" in music box store system.
2.2. Elapsed specified duration (e.g., 48 hours post-delivery) automates sending of review request.
2.3. Triggers on fulfillment event from integrated POS, Shopify, WooCommerce, or eCommerce solution.
