Subscriber payment failure alerts

Purpose

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Automated trigger on payment failure events detected by payment gateway API (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) or direct bank API webhooks.
2.2. Trigger initiates when periodic subscription renewal payment status is unsuccessful.
2.3. Condition: Payment declined, expired card, insufficient funds, technical error, or chargeback.
2.4. Optionally triggers when retry attempts fail or customer’s account is flagged for suspension.
