Purpose

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Completion of a customer visit, guided tour, or rental activity logged in a booking/reservation system.
2.2. Closing of a payment transaction in the POS or e-commerce system.
2.3. Passing of a predetermined timeframe (e.g., 12 or 24 hours post-activity) since the customer interaction.
2.4. Automated detection of activity completion from check-in/out records or receipt generation.
