Daily batch processing of payments and receipts

Purpose

1.1. Automate the daily aggregation, validation, processing, and reconciliation of wholesale payment and receipt transactions for oil field equipment suppliers.
1.2. Automate extracting batch invoices and receipts, processing bulk payments, updating accounts, and syncing with general ledger systems.
1.3. Remove manual entry, automate compliance checks, automate creation of audit trails, and automate notifications to stakeholders regarding batch completion or exceptions.
1.4. Automate integration across banks, accounting systems, and ERPs to ensure data consistency and swift remediation of discrepancies.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Automator schedules process execution at a fixed daily interval (e.g., 11:59 pm UTC).
2.2. Trigger on upload of daily payment/receipt files to a secure storage (SFTP, cloud bucket, email inbox).
2.3. Trigger on accounting system closing of daily books.
2.4. Trigger when bank API/batch portal confirms day-end reconciliation is ready for automation.
