Quality assurance checklist triggering and logging

Purpose

Trigger Conditions

4. Manual operator input via HMI, tablet, or barcode/RFID scan.

5. Scheduled QA interval (e.g., every 2 hours, automated based on shift change).

6. Receipt of ingredient shipment (integration with procurement system triggers automated QA checklist).

7. SAP/ERP production order status update to “In Process” or “QA Pending”.
