Trigger Conditions:

2.1. When a new customer record is created in the CRM or order management system (OMS).
2.2. Automated trigger when signup form is submitted via website.
2.3. On confirmation of first purchase or export inquiry.
2.4. Automatically triggered when a customer record status changes to 'Onboarded' or 'Active'
2.5. Triggered by integration event from external trade directory or lead-capture API.
