Purpose

1.1. Automate the uploading of completed car sales or deals directly into accounting systems, replacing manual data entry.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Completion status update on a sales record (“deal closed”, “finalized”, “vehicle delivered”).

2.4. Specific file or record created in hosted DMS, like “CompletedSale_YYYYMMDD.csv”.
