Trigger Conditions

2.1. Inventory item added, updated, or depleted in POS or inventory system.
2.2. Supplier delivery logged or ingredient batch received.
2.3. Scheduled batch automation (e.g., every night at 11 PM) for daily reporting.
2.4. Automated thresholds breached (e.g., below minimum stock, cost over budget).
2.5. Order completed or voided in POS triggers automated inventory deduction.
