Trigger Conditions

1. Work order or maintenance task status is not marked “Complete” or “Closed” past scheduled due date/time

2. Task marked “Pending” or “In Progress” and scheduled end time is reached/passed

3. Additional custom rules (priority class, aircraft type, assigned engineer) are met
