Purpose

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Electronic health record (EHR) status change (e.g., "Urgent" flag on patient or critical vitals abnormality).
2.2. Direct staff input through web, mobile app, or clinical workstation marking incident as urgent.
2.3. Inbound email with urgency keywords detected relating to anesthesiology workflow.
2.4. Incoming voice call or voicemail transcribed and flagged by automated system.
2.5. Third-party monitoring tool alert integration (e.g., patient monitoring devices API signals).
