Purpose

1.1. Enable ABA therapy providers to securely collect, categorize, and manage patient documents (e.g., treatment forms, assessments) digitally.
1.2. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and industry standards by enforcing encryption and access controls.
1.3. Allow seamless document retrieval by auto-categorizing uploads based on patient ID, document type, or upload context.
1.4. Minimize manual work in admin and clinical documentation, supporting faster therapy updates, insurance claims, and audit readiness.
1.5. Enhance collaboration among therapists, case managers, and billing teams via automated document notifications and central access.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Document upload via web portal, email, or mobile app by staff, patient, or guardian.
2.2. Scheduled or recurring requests for updated clinical forms or insurance paperwork.
2.3. Detection of new assessment or therapy summary generated in EHR/EMR.
2.4. File received from external referral source or insurance carrier via secure channel.
